Clay Aiken Fans, You know we want it....

So, get thee over to LaLate Celebrety News site and post your affirmative comment.

http://news.lalate.com/2008/08/28/spamalot-movie-clay-aiken/

You all know that "back in the day," we would have already been writing to someone...

I loved those days...sigh...

From LaLate:

The Broadway musical Spamalot as a movie musical with
Clay Aiken? Everyone who wants Clay Aiken in a movie version of the Broadway musical Spamalot
type “CLAY!”
(Sorry, you can’t typed “SPAM” - it will get sent to the
spam folder.)
Fans are what drive demand for new projects. And if there is
one subject that keeps on reappearing in comments here on LALATE the last few
weeks is fans anxious for a movie adaptation of Spamalot led by Clay Aiken.
Wouldn’t that be great?
The
financial numbers on Spamalot in New York have been huge. The musical is “lovingly
ripped off from” the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The musical opened on Broadway in
2005 directed by LALATE’s fav Mike Nichols. It won that year best musical.
Spamalot opened with advance tickets of $18 million, a Broadway box office
record.
It thereafter did massive numbers in the London West End. A tour of Spamalot in the U.S.
thereafter went onto to win awards.
So with big boxoffice numbers, lots of
awards, perhaps the better question -
….. Spamalot, The Movie … How
soon?!

I would love a movie version of "Spamalot" starring Clay Aiken, so it was easy giving LaLate a hit. In fact, LaLate is my favorite celebrity news site, so they get my hit daily.

LaLate is an awesome site. They are so nice. not the typical celebrity site.

Clay Aiken would do the roll as Sir Robin justice. He was superb in the show. His timing is brilliant, and he really mesmerized me with the bottle dance, And when he climbed on the piano and sang those high notes. Wow, it was so much fun.

LaLate often features Clay Aiken in a positive light. That is really a change as most gossip sites thrive on the nasty stuff. I hope this site grows and gets to number one squeezing out those nasty sites. Maybe it will start a new tread toward the good.
